Remuneration between an attorney (lawyer) and a client is primarily contractual; it therefore depends on the specific agreement we conclude together. In certain cases, it is also possible to proceed according to the attorney’s tariff, which is a legal regulation that determines the amount of remuneration in cases where no legal representation agreement has been concluded between the client and the attorney, or where no remuneration has been agreed upon therein.
We pride ourselves on the fact that our law firm’s price list is transparent. The law firm’s price list is valid for Olomouc, Ostrava, Pardubice, Zlín, and Frýdek-Místek.
There are several types of contractual remuneration, and we always select the one that is most advantageous for the client. We present the following options for selection:
The client pays for every hour of the attorney’s work commenced. Depending on the complexity of the case, we charge a fee for an attorney or lawyer of CZK 2,000 to CZK 2,500 + VAT for every hour of work commenced. This is the most common type of remuneration. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer to account: 309911697/0300.
The client pays a specific amount for each act of legal service. Therefore, they do not pay for time, but for a specific act, such as a lawsuit as a whole. It is not possible to list a price list for individual acts, as these are individual tasks that vary from case to case.
It can be agreed with the client that the attorney’s remuneration will be paid as a percentage of the amount awarded against the opposing party. The percentage amount depends on the agreement with the client.
