I turned to Dr. Matěna with a request for help reviewing a purchase agreement during an apartment purchase. I appreciate the prompt communication and high level of legal knowledge. We managed to turn the original contract, which was set in favor of the seller, in our favor (in case of future problems). He also recommended what to watch out for when buying an apartment, and we immediately adjusted the contract accordingly. Pana Matěnu mohu jedině doporučit. Potřeboval jsem vyřešit přepis nemovisti, sepsat darovací smlouvu a poradit co a jak. Pan Matěna vše připravil včetně návrhu na vklad do katastru nemovitostí a instrukcí. Naprosto perfektní a profesionální přístup, snaha vše vyřešit co nejrychleji (i přes víkend, za co jsem opravdu vděčný), rychlá komunikace, ochota kdykoliv poradit a v neposlední řadě i cena.
