I turned to Dr. Matěna with a request for help reviewing a purchase agreement during an apartment purchase. I appreciate the prompt communication and high level of legal knowledge. We managed to turn the original contract, which was set in favor of the seller, in our favor (in case of future problems). He also recommended what to watch out for when buying an apartment, and we immediately adjusted the contract accordingly. I have an excellent experience here and can only recommend them! I recently dealt with an apartment purchase where Mr. Matěna helped me go through all the draft purchase agreements. I then discussed all the comments (from Mr. Matěna) with the real estate agent and their attorney, and we reached the final purchase agreement. I will certainly continue to use his services because the speed of resolution and the manner of conduct suit me very well!

Cooperation with Mr. Matěna is very good. Communication is very fast and effective—the doctor analyzed the case comprehensively with all implications, while on the other hand, where it made sense, he also focused on details. Most of all, however, I appreciate that he was willing to change his already planned schedule to represent me at a hearing that the court notified me of only a few days in advance—Mr. Matěna even works on weekends, so he clearly enjoys his work :-).
