WHAT IS A RIGHT OF HABITATION?

The right of a user to occupy another person’s apartment for their own needs. Even if the owner sells or gifts the apartment, the authorized user will be able to continue living there. This provides protection against eviction. It can be established for a fee or free of charge, for a fixed or indefinite period, and for the entire apartment or just a part of it. The beneficiary cannot transfer their right to other persons. It expires upon the death of the authorized person.

No. In all likelihood, no one will even open the door. Since we have various meetings in different cities, we are often on the road. Many of us also work from home. It is therefore ideal to arrange a meeting via the contact form, email, or by phone.
