DO I NEED AN ATTORNEY FOR THE DONATION OF REAL ESTATE?

Theoretically, no. However, a donation agreement has statutory requirements that must be met for the contract to be valid. Furthermore, the real estate must be precisely specified and identified in the agreement. This can be particularly complex with apartments. If you fail to meet the necessary requirements or misidentify the property, your CZK 2,000 administrative fee will be forfeited, and you will have to correct the documents. Additionally, the entire process will take twice as long.

Most often via a phone or video call. However, if the client prefers a face-to-face meeting, myself or one of my colleagues will meet them at the office. Occasionally, some clients prefer to consult the matter in writing via email.

Can a client come to the office without an appointment, ring the bell, and arrange a meeting on the spot?

No. In all likelihood, no one will even open the door. Since we have various meetings in different cities, we are often on the road. Many of us also work from home. It is therefore ideal to arrange a meeting via the contact form, email, or by phone.
