The breakdown of a marriage and the associated divorce<\/strong> is never a pleasant period in anyone’s life, and most people wish to have it behind them as soon as possible so they can start a new life, so to speak. Precisely to ensure that the divorce proceedings are not unnecessarily prolonged, it is advisable to know what to prepare for the divorce. <\/p>

If you have minor children with your spouse<\/strong>, it will first be necessary to decide who will be granted custody, establish a visitation schedule for the other parent, and determine child support. Without a judgment regulating childcare, the divorce itself will not be decided.<\/strong><\/p>
