A prerequisite is that the donee accepts the gift or the offer. \n\n<strong>Both immovable and movable, as well as tangible and intangible assets, can be donated.<\/strong> It is possible to donate all of one&#8217;s current property, and even up to half of one&#8217;s future property.\n\n<strong>In certain cases, the agreement must be in writing, for example, in the case of real estate. <\/strong> Under certain conditions, a gift can be revoked due to ingratitude or financial necessity.\n<h2>Practical examples of donation agreements<\/h2>\nIn practice, our law firm primarily prepares donation agreements for apartments, houses, and land for our clients.
