They must provide evidence of the grounds and the amount of the damage. The court is bound by the proposal and cannot increase it.  <\/strong>\n<h2>Practical examples<\/h2>\nAn <strong>injured party<\/strong> we represented was, for example, a person defrauded by a business partner during a commercial collaboration.
