      As part of the assurances that everything will be done properly during the transfer of real estate and that both of the contracting parties shall duly do what has already been agreed upon, you can deposit the funds intended for the transfer in the lawyer\u2019s escrow.
      We will draw up a contract with you for the lawyer\u2019s escrow and deposit the funds in an account specifically designated for this purpose, which is kept separately from the other accounts of the lawyer. After the property is transferred, we will pay these funds to the relevant party.
