One of the specializations of the Law Office of JUDr. Marek Matěna is real estate, mainly real estate transfers and the establishment of rights to them.

Lawyer’s escrow services

As part of the assurances that everything will be done properly during the transfer of real estate and that both of the contracting parties shall duly do what has already been agreed upon, you can deposit the funds intended for the transfer in the lawyer’s escrow.
We will draw up a contract with you for the lawyer’s escrow and deposit the funds in an account specifically designated for this purpose, which is kept separately from the other accounts of the lawyer. After the property is transferred, we will pay these funds to the relevant party. The legal custody is governed by the resolution of the Czech Bar Association and the money stored in it is legally insured, so you do not have to worry.
